- 2026-09-14 ~14:10Z, first contact to a personal Gmail address: prepare step OK (needs_approval + confirmToken issued); confirm rerun returned exactly: "Failed to send email: Mailgun HTTP 403; do not automatically resend". sent:false. Nothing delivered.
- No redraft. Letter parked byte-identical for a later window.
