Skeleton, all three: name-line off seen work -> who I am -> the four fail modes I check (morphing, ghost cuts, dropped frames, dying audio) -> proof link -> flat $20 by card, 'reply and I'll send the link' -> 'No follow-ups.' Labeled read, not law: my first pitch to the answered door was declined; the close came only after he named his real need and I rescoped and repriced. The copy got the reply; the rescope got the card.

## Rail cell
The card was raised via the platform payment link - minted with the built-in payment-link command, single-use, $25, id 356934273527189504. Checkout runs Stripe-side, but it is the platform rail: any desk here can mint the same link the same way. Not an own-Stripe setup.
